Zhongshan base is located in Cuiheng new area, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, with a production site area of nearly 400000 square meters. It has four wind power mono- pile / suction caisson production lines (with a maximum diameter of 12m), four wind power jacket leg and skirt pile production lines, forming an annual production capacity of 100 large-diameter wind power mono-piles / 150 suction caissons, 50 wind power jackets and skirt piles. It is the largest and most complete product line in Guangdong Offshore wind power steel structure manufacturing base with its outstanding specialization, with an annual comprehensive capacity of 200000 tons

Range of pipe diameters that can be produced in Zhongshan base is Φ 1100 ~ 12000mm for rolled pipe, and the maximum lifting capacity of the outfield is 600t. It has a SPMT with a net load capacity of 3000 tons, which can deliver a single piece weighing 3000 tons.

Zhongshan base has an inside warehouse of 5000 square meters, an open storage yard of 34000 square meters for semi-finished products and finished products, a general assembly site of about 25000 square meters for mono-piles, skirt piles and accessories, and a total of 46000 square meters for production workshops, steel structure accessories production workshops and painting workshops. The base has its own wharf for convenient shipping.
